I had a TGA and was referred to Dr Leung. Then I took my mom who has dementia to him and he was so patient , caring and he took his time with her. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. His nurse and staff were wonderful. Thank you 😊

I spent one hour filling out new patient forms (via email) about medical history, medications, reason for visit, etc only to find out later that the appointment was for a paid consultation that will not be covered by the insurance. I wish they mentioned something about a consultation in the 9 pages I filled earlier to save myself some time. I guess it is about "how much" rather than anything else.

Over the span of seven years I had three face to face appointments with Dr. Leung. The first was about my subsequent diagnosis of sleep apnea. At the time I was curious if the sleep study would also inform him of any other sleep problems and he said, ‘yes’. The second appointment that was about the sleep study results he only addressed the sleep apnea and not my concern about other sleep problems. A few years later I had my third appointment with the doctor. This time I was inquiring about oral appliances for treating sleep apnea, since I have trouble with the cpap treatment. He responded flippantly that I should ‘go buy a $35 device on the internet and come back for a sleep study to see how the device was working’. I had done my research prior and knew this was inaccurate information. Those $35 devices he mentioned are not even FDA approved and range from not effective to moderately effective. While, I understand my insurance did not cover the FDA approved devices, that cost from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, dispensing inaccurate information is unethical. And, I refuse to be his patient any longer.
