I never write reviews, but these people are incompetent. They have charged me $100.00 to tell me my gas cap needed replacing. I had already replaced my gas cap. They can't seem to align my tires...TWICE. Not going a third time. Completely worthless. And they came highly recommended by family. Stay far away.

This is my go-to place to get the car fixed when needed and maintained. The staff are friendly and it's always crowded. Usually I plan ahead, make an appointment and drop off the car for several hours so that I'm stress-free and the car will be done by the time I get back. Normally I go when there's coupons and you can save money when needed. You do have to know what you want for the car and when they recommend service just question it and look around. Sometimes recommend services are not major and can wait. Also check with your car manufacturer do's and don'ts for service. Always follow your recommended maintenance by your car manufacturer. The prices are pretty much standard and matches the surrounding area. As mentioned I never have an issue here and I always get what I asked for.

Take your car here if you like being lied to and over charged by $600! Our 2010 civic was making noise when braking so we took it in. Firestone said we had a broken rear drum brake and needed service on the other side, they said $418 plus tax. They also said we needed front brake pads and rotors, for $373 and that our fount pads were at 3mm. We were skeptical of this because we had the pads and rotors replaced last year. After 15 minutes of googling we were almost positive we were being lied to about something so we went to another mechanic. The independent shop said that we just and a broken drum brake in the rear and that the rear brakes need service. They charged $210. They said the fount rotors were fine and the pads had about 30% left. I watched some you tube videos on measuring brake pads and bought a too to do it. I got 5mm on the fount pads when I measured my self. Our conclusion firestone lies and over charges! The technician was number 22 CESAR, no last name on the inspection sheet.

No need for a lengthy nasty review. Go elsewhere if you value your time and good customer service. They really should invent negative stars.... Amending this post, I was contacted by the manager two days later to speak about my experience. That I appreciate. I was discounted for the service and reassured that I would be taken care of on my next visit. Really appreciated the follow up call from Alex. Awesome way to salvage a bad experience. My car is driving fantastic. That was immediately after the service. So bittersweet but definitely redeemed my view of the location.
