I had an ongoing problem with roaches in my apartment. I hired a few companies over the past couple months, but none of them seemed to get rid of the problem. He explained to me in detail what they would do and what to expect. The technician, Peter called me an hour prior letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived, we spoke and i explained my issues. Peter was very thorough with his work and explained to me in detail what he was doing and what to expect. Its funny how 3 companies treated my apartment but only 1 took my problem seriously and made me feel comfortable with them.
