As a former Realtor I have used other companies for bug and termite treatments but I now just rely on a well known Company like Western Exterminators. I will have peace of mind that these termites will not be back any time soon and can rely on the product they use. My tenants will also be at ease that they can live in comfort knowing it was a professional company that treated these bugs. I highly recommend Western Exterminators.

I would not recommend this extermination company. They never show up to do the actual extermination, the usually just stop by and leave a note that it’s been done. We have cameras to prove that they don’t do the job and charge. I spoke with other people about western exterminator and they said that they had the same experience. They are a complete scam and very unprofessional. I made sure to stay home and observed the scheduled technician twice to see that he does the job. He was difficult to work with and would complain. I asked them multiple times to not send him again by expressing it via text message to a manager and to their schedulers. They still scheduled him. I was upset that they didn’t care about my concerns. This company is run by incompetent people with low level customer service. It’s a shame all the money we wasted on them. Also please refer to yelp reviews as the google reviews are all FAKE and they have 2.5 star review on yelp. That’s more accurate.
