Parking lot and ticket puchase on both north and south of fairgrounds. Friendly Guided parking attendants. Camping and RV set up. Lots to do from Celtic animals, history, foods, drinks, music, athletic games, celtic bands, pipe bands, marches, all kind of venders, shopping, Family heritage booths. Restrooms, information booth, flat pathways for walking and disabled. Great size fairgrounds for all kind of events. Close to hwys.

It's not the fair. It's put on by Midway the carnival. They don't have any music so to answer the question no it's just a regular day.
The actual fair is in 2 weeks they're actually having a live 4-H auction but no Carnival
