They make some of the best mods and have some of the best customer service available. Like anything, a mod may occasionally have an issue but they have always immediately taken care of the customer no questions asked! I work at a vape shop and sell these mods every day. It makes my job much easier when I can tell the customer they stand behind their product. I own a Minnikin 2, a Minikin Boost, and of course the newest Minikin Reborn and and have never had a problem. Sadly my Boost has kinda been through hell but the damn thing keeps on ticking w/o fail. Can't ask for a better product or customer service.
