Excellent customer Service. Staff friendly, professional, and courteous. Dr.Allen was great it was pleasure to be seen by him. He took great care of me and they wait was not long. I am so glad we have him here in this area. I wouldn't go to any other urgent care.

Took my daughter in today with a sinus infection 🤧, the doctor was great, explained everything to her & was very thorough, made sure she had all the meds needed for everything going on. Everyone was very nice, we will keep coming back as The Roads Clinic is packed all the time even though that is where her pcp is we like this urgent care much better.

Overall It was a quick, professional, and sanitary visit. I think they can improve with thicker walls because I was able to hear the conversations between the doctor and other patients from my exam room.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Waited in pain more than 4 hours to be seen and dismissed in 5 minutes (in a very condescending way), because they wanted me to pay $100 instead of the $5 that my insurance card states. Even when the place was empty, they decided to make me wait on purpose, to see if I would pay the hundred bucks. I did fill a formal complaint and you can see the insurance’s answer in the picture. I hope they sanction them out of the network for good, because they really are merciless thieves. Shame on you.
