Wanted to support local business but they are a rip off like no other Don't even think to buy from them. I paid 18.79 for two little pieces of sheet metal. We online line 3.59 same exact thing that's 81% more to try and help local business. Knew I would pay more but 81% is bad business. Don't ever use them. I hope they fail

The worst place in customer service!! Was looking for help on a replacement motor. Got sold the wrong the part and wont give me a refund on there mistake. Never even used it. Now I'm out $250. Very disappointed at this place!

I highly recommend this place. Appliance Parts Center has extremely helpful service. Joe was amazing and very informative. He gave my husband the confidence and advice he needed to replace and repair our washer ourselves, saving us the cost of a new washer. Thank you so much Joe.
