Reply to Owner's request for visit experience: poor customer service upon entry; no assistance offered or even acknowledgment of my coming in; there were at least 3 employees & only 2 customers whom were a couple; no reply to multiple phone messages for background check status. Thanks for checking Google Reviews so quickly to query my 1 star rating. Please check & reply to phone messages for a higher review revision. I also recommend working on staff customer service. They usually have a pretty good selection, but the staff is what makes this location 5 star. They always acknowledge their customers waiting, not getting impatient while perusing the guns, and are very knowledgeable and willing to share information about their products and laws with their customers. Unfortunately unusual with several gun stores in our area.. I would and have recommended friends and family to this store.. It’s my go to! Thanks Black Rifle Sacramento, I will be back!

First time here! Even through the line is long we waited about 30 minutes, but the worker was really nice. I was so afraid from however said they have really bad attitude, but it turned out everyone was just doing their work and they are friendly people! Good guns store.

Here is a list of gun ranges in the Sacramento/Lower Placer County region: THE GUN RANGE (Indoor Range) 3479 Orange Grove Ave, North Highlands, CA 95660 SACRAMENTO GUN CLUB (Indoor Range) 3443 Routier Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827 SACRAMENTO VALLEY SHOOTING CENTER (Outdoor Range) 15501 Meiss Rd Sloughhouse, California 95683 LINCOLN RIFLE CLUB aka DILLMAN RANGE (Outdoor Range) 1420 Sheridan Lincoln Blvd, Lincoln, CA 95648 AUBURN TRAP SHOOTING CLUB INC. (Outdoor Trap shooting "range") 11540 Lorenson Rd, Auburn, CA 95602 There are more, but these are my favorites. I prefer outdoor ranges, but The Gun Range is by far one of the best indoor ranges that I have been to in California (mostly because they have no rate-of-fire restrictions, and allow drawing from holsters, which even some of the outdoor ranges won't allow).
