See them out weekly and all but they haven't added or fixed any streets lighting or lights on roads so on and so forth, very unsafe dim lights or no light at all throughout county city and all the communities. The state needs to do better this is very concerning especially for young women kids and everyone in public. Plus many businesses stay with overly bright lighting all night to protect buildings but is actually hazardous to blinding drivers hopefully they will see improvements.

They try to get their customers to pay for problems created by SMUD. Recently had a blown transformer due them not trimming branches they should gave done a while back. It took out two of our appliances. Technician that was working on blown transformer after we got power back said to call an electrician and appliance technician, and if that didn't work to file a claim with smud and we would be refunded. We did all of that only to get a denial letter for our claim stating we had 60 from date of letter to take legal action. So we are supposed to come out of pocket more and further tie down our legal system because you dont want to do the right thing? They damage your property while making repairs and do not fix the damages. Maybe just be honest with your customers so the don't spend time and money getting an electrician and appliance technician. Bad business.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Grace, an Energy Specialist with SMUD. Her assistance was placed in my path right when I needed it. She provided me with resources for financial assistance and instructions on reducing my energy usage which greatly impacted my day to day. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and know a genuinely dedicated employee when I see one. Grace was detailed, friendly and easy to talk to and best of all responsive. SMUD offers more than just electricity to Sacramento!

In the Summer it would be best to do laundry earlier in the day or later in the evening as we also have mid-peak rates in the summer. Some people do. I have only smud because everything in my home is electric. In the past I have had both. PG&E would supply my gas and Smud supply my electricity, in Sacramento.
No in order to get the deals you have to go through them and I believe it just a gas deal and if you're not paying a whole lot on gas it's not good deal but I know I use to sign people up with Vista who gave you unlimited gas for 99 cent's per day

I will be honest I don't have a tattoo, but I have seen people who does have tattoos. It depends also where is it located and if it's extremely visible. If we are talking about like tattoos all over your body and head then that's is tough. But if a tattoo can be hidden underneath your shirt or pants then it won't be a problem. Again I have seen people that has tattoos but they have them nearly invisible or hard to see. But also it depends if you are a good person and employee and doesn't have a bad record then you are all set.
