I had a dead battery and some corrosion around the contacts. Jesse at AutoZone helped me out. Replaces the battery. He was friendly and professional. Obviously knew what he was doing. Good old fashioned customer service is rare and I’m happy to say that’s what I got today. Thank you.

I do not normally rate businesses like this but got wonderful service when you bought wiper blades the other day. The salesperson came out in the rain to install them and would not take any tip - said it was part of his job. Sorry we did not catch his name - think it was Jessie but not sure

I went in knowing what I was wanting / looking for, they could tell that and waited. They did not have what I wanted in my size but they were very helpful in suggesting ways I can go about getting what I was looking for. Or other stores I could try. I came to find out It's just a rare item to have in stock at any place after 5 other stores I find this out. I'll have to special order it online. The guy working there that I spoke with is very knowledgeable if you needed something I'm sure he would know or get you to the right person or place.
