The cashier with the hat is rude and should learn how to communicate with customers. The other employees were not any better. The manager was wonderful, but that's about it. I loved shopping at this location, but I will not be back.

Why is one of the worst Goodwill locations in L.A.? Cloth is not idenfied by size. Prices and color tags are not clear and / or attached to all items. For make donations you can't even leave small bags in the countertop, you need to sourround all the marts at Montebello . 3:30 pm sunday and there are not accepting more donations 😡. Maybe that is why people throw things in beside trash containers

This might be one of the worst Goodwills I have been in. It was a complete mess. Most products were open and spread across the shelves and floor. Management should probably take a look at this. Also half of the product were brand new “off brands”. The staff seemed fine, but the store is not attended to.

They do allow pickup you can call to schedule an appointment
Are you accepting donations i.e. clothing small appliances.
I suggest you call the store throughout the day because they have to wait for the goodwill truck to go & pick up their donations from the day before, that way they can have room to accept new donations. The only thing is the truck can get there anytime.
To be honest, in not sure. But since they sell stuff on there website and at auction more than likely they do.. That would be my best guess.. have a nice day!

Call to know the color of the week and go early for the good stuffs. Also, go to Goodwill in good areas of the county. Like the one at Montebello is like Ross! And cheaper prices than the one in ghetto South Central Los Angeles. Manchester and Vermont has the worst prices, don't even bother.
The items for sale can change daily, they do sell toys though so you may get lucky!
Yes you can donate in every good will and they give you a paper to use it as a tax write-off 😁
