I dropped in with my MacBook Pro, not charging and battery exhausted. Very likely a battery issue sure, but they asked if other things preceding the battery not charging were happening and sure enough I had been ignoring a weak battery for weeks. The only hiccup wasn't their fault, the battery was stuck in shipping, but they checked on it, called the vendor to see about sending out another if the battery didn't move in the next few days. Once there it was replaced and ready. Plus, I asked for a new virus protection package and they installed it right before I picked up my computer. Great customer service, got my computer going. Zero complaints. Thanks guys!

I have subscribed to Nerds for quite a few years. They are well worth the yearly price. They have helped and fixed all types of issues. I just recently had them change my hard drive to a solid state version. Chris suggested it and Nathan did an amazing installation job. He also set my old drive up as additional storage. I can't thank them enough. My computer has new life and it's so much faster. As long as I have a computer, I will subscribe to their service.

I love my nerds :) ! I had a very bad malware on my Mac and the nerds have done a wonderful job and managed to get rid of it. As it was a really tough one three people ended up working on the problem and solved it together. They did an amazing job - always friendly, very professional and with a lot of patience!
