The staff members were very nice, but my first dental cleaning was painful. The female whom cleaned my teeth was very aggressive and seemed to be in a rush. She seemed bothered that i could not understand her, since she had an accent. In addition, the thing that bothered me the most was that the female that cleaned my teeth did not wear her mask properly while she cleaned my teeth. She did not cover her nose nor mouth while she was working on my teeth. It was very disgusting feeling her breath in my mouth. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, especially since COVID cases are on the rise again.

We LOVE this dentist and his wonderful staff. They are patient and take time to explain treatment and answer questions. My son is 13 & is comfortable coming here even with a few fillings and extractions. We especially appreciate the fact that we experienced their professionalism in handling a distraught client whom was a bit ignorant of the situation and became rude and belligerent. The ladies were considerate, professional, and still handled her with the utmost dignity and respect. Even when her arguments and complaining went too far and even sounded to contradict themself. Dr. Hart is gentle and attentive. He still took care of all patients as well as returning to hear out this young lady and walk her through her concerns. (Even though some of her complaints sounded unfair as it appeared to be her negligence in her hygiene & she expected a miracle over night). Thank you all so much & our whole family will be back to entrust you to our dental care!

Dental Center of Simi Valley is hands down the best dentist I have EVER been to. They don't try to pressure you into unneeded treatments, they are all incredibly nice and the Dr. Hartounian is absolutely amazing. Kind, gentle, and understanding are probably the top 3 adjectives I can use to describe them. They've made me rethink my opinions of dentists.

Dr Hart & his staff are awesome. They are always so nice & make me feel very comfortable. Dr Hart is professional & informative. I’m in the middle of a long treatment & he’s been so picky & patient with the lab to ensure that I get perfect results. I no longer hate going to the dentist. I trust him with my family & I’m confident he & his staff will take good care of us for years to come.
