The new service department has better digital support than under previous owners. Checked in with a tablet and you instantly get a text message with your service rep for further communication. The only drawback is that they don't have a shuttle. They will get you a Lyft if you have a major cost, but you're on your own for small maintenance.

We just took delivery on our 22 Bronco and the Price team was so great to us. NO MSRP ON OUR ORDER. Tatiana was so helpful and made sure we understood all the fun options on our Bronco. Erick (the tall guy) made sure our order placed was exactly how we wanted it. Mr. Ford took all my calls with patience and kindness. He made sure they didn't put my front tag on 😉 The finance department (I'm so sorry, I cannot remember your name) was amazing. He helped us understand all the paperwork and even made sure we got coverage on our window (Bronco owners get it). Thank you to everyone on the team. They were all so kind! Ford of Simi Valley was absolutely amazing. I really can't say more positive things about Henry and his team. I knew the exact car I wanted down to the trim, White Platinum Mustang GT Limited with Manual Transmission and Performance Package, Black Interior and Technology Package. They had it on the lot brand new which was just purely meant to be. I worked with Juan the sales rep who was the best sales rep I've ever worked with. Seriously. Hands down. After 2 hours of painless negotiating. They never pressured me or twisted my arm. I knew my price and played hardball and they pulled through with an incredible deal. Beanie worked out the financing as well through a local credit union at an incredible rate. My payments were the same as my old Kia!! All my friends that have asked where I bought it from have had glowing things to say about Simi Valley Ford, and for good reason from my experience They stayed clear until Midnight to get the car cleaned and into my garage, and have followed up a couple times to check on us, which showed me they genuinely care. Our next vehicle will be Ford and it will be from Simi Valley because of this transaction alone. Looking at you Ford Escape Titanium!

When was the last time you changed your transmission filter and fluid good possibility the filter is getting clogged I would not use any additives your transmission fluid has a special additive you should change your fluid every 30000 miles filter at every 60,000 if you add any other transmission fluids you will have a problem other than using the Ford fluid
Definitely Chevy dealership , parts in stock means faster repairs , less downtime..
If you purchase key from Dealer..$95-$145 Not sure what dealership charges to " Reprogram your key"

They have a service called Fast Lane, I'm sure they can accommodate you.
