I decided to give this place a try. Big mistake and I won't be goi g back again. Crammed into a space too small to serve its purpose. Impossible to enter without backing up. Entrance backs up onto the busy street and created a hazard. Exit is almost as bad with forced cross traffic at the wash entrance as there is only one way in and out. The exit crosses the blind wash exit. How this is allowed is beyond me. Spotty rinse! Vacuums are very weak and don't do anything. Don't go here if you want a clean car.

The car wash itself was okay, but the staff member stealing my credit card information and trying to run up a bunch of fraudulent transactions a few hours later was not okay. There is no credit card reader for the left lane, so the staff has to take your card out of your sight to go run it inside. Whoever was working the left lane around 3:15pm on Friday 5/6/22 captured my card information and ran it at least six times later that same day, which USAA quickly flagged as fraudulent thankfully. If you're paying with a card, make sure you use the right lane with a credit card reader, assuming someone hasn't installed a card skimmer there too.

I used to love this place a few years ago, but have noticed a change with staff rude, less service and higher price! After drying staff was removed my car comes out wet and not as clean as before. and I can’t use the membership much anymore either, as their hours now are shortened to 7 pm. I’m not sure when the change happened, but I feel cheated as I used to come here up until almost 8 pm (was closing for a long time) due to work hours. Now earlier closing makes it almost impossible for me to get my car washed when I need to, so I’m just wasting money. ☹️ The staff has also been more rude. One guy yelling at me I should’ve entered the other lane (Left one) since easier for staff. But my car has almost no turning radius and their left lane has a 45 degree angle. They clearly don’t care about your car. It’s sad this business seems to be going downhill. I was gonna sign up my second car, but am now hesitating and the fees are raised so much that it’s less valuable and less of a discount place as compared to the past. Too bad.
