My Daughter had a dental emergency over the weekend so I went on Yelp searching and after reading through many, many reviews, I decided to email Royal Family Dental. I was only hoping maybe we will get an appointment in this week. Monday morning comes, I received an email from Lory that they had two availability to see my daughter. Shortly after I had confirm a time, I received a text and call about the appointment. She was so sweet and inquired everything needed prior to the appointment and sent over the forms via text so we may fill them out beforehand. We got to the office and we were greeted with a friendly and warm smile by Lory. The office was so warm, cozy, really cute, and clean. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, you just get a nice and warm vibe. I had explained my situation of hard of hearing and everyone was so understanding and patient with me. Most importantly, I appreciated how fast they were able to see my daughter. Dr. Ly was very nice, thorough with explaining what needs to be done, what medications to take, and what was recommended when I had questions about our situation. He was so helpful with explaining what was recommended and if we should wait until winter break for my daughter’s extractions or not. When my daughter and I walked out of the office, we both turned to one another and at the same time we said, “omg I love this place!!” I have been to quite a few Dental offices in Simi, and thought to myself how come we did not find this office sooner. I am so happy to have found Royal Family Dental on Yelp and I will definitely be staying with this office for a long, long time.

The Team at Royal Family Dental was phenomenal. I requested to be seen urgently to address a dental matter expecting to be scheduled 1 week out. The front office staff took their time and listened to my situation and booked me that same day! Back office staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ly took his time to read through my comprehensive form I needed to turn in to the USN. Overall a great experience!

My husband and I have been going to Royal Family Dental for a long time now even though we do not live in Simi Valley. Dr. Ly and his entire team are very professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Ly patiently explains all the procedures and answers questions kindly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ly is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. From the moment you jump in the chair, he is attentive to all your dental needs and makes sure that your comfort is the utmost priority. While he works at an efficient pace, I could tell that he takes pride in the quality of his work. The staff at Royal Family Dental are as friendly and proficient as Dr. Ly. I have no complaints about my experience there and have already referred friends. They have echoed my enthusiasm of this dental practice.
