Took my trans am here to get a brake job. I just ended up needing a brake fluid flush. One of the mechanics explained and showed everything in detail of what my car needed, and what problems should be addressed first so I wont waste money in the future. The front desk lady olivia is very welcoming and also showed all the costs of recommended parts and labor my car needs. I really recommend taking your car here, they will take care of your vehicle and give you peace of mind!!!

I needed oil change BAD. I was on my way to Jiffy Lube (who I dislike) and saw your Firestone shop. I only had hour for lunch, I stopped and they did my oil change right then. Its pretty known there isn't a place open after 6pm and that's when I get off work. So I'm super grateful; they helped me above and beyond. I owe it all to Monique!! Not sure the mechanic name but he did a great job! Sold for life with this shop. I work in Simi and live in the valley. Monique is going to get me a credit card, older car needs to be maintained completely and relief to know I can pay out services. Thank you, Monique and Firestone.

Carlos was helpful and knowledgeable from the get to. He explained every step of the process and was honest with pricing and parts needed. Not only was I out of the shop within an hour (without an appointment), but he also made sure that I didn’t over pay. What more could you ask for. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Such amazing service! Carlos was very sweet and easy to understand and patient with me. I am so picky and they did an amazing job. Quick even though they were busy they stayed over their closing time just to assist. I would recommend them to everyone.
