I would have givin this place 5 stars 9-10 months ago. Carlos was great. Service was great. I even recommended it to friends and family. Now i get pushy people and the technician isnt the same person. Its too bad but they lost me with telling me two different prices one to many times. Untrustworthy.

Never had problems with him or service until recently with one cashier or repairer who repaired my screen but deleted everything on it for idk wat reason and I didn't find out till igot home since he gave me my phone dead. Didn't get offered a discount or apology or anything if I would of known I would of just not paid or gave them half.

Just got my iphone fixed here about a month or less been coming for a long time and always seem to have an inconvenience or problem, about 1 year ago I got my iPhone screen fixed here and idk what they did to it that sadly they had to erase everything on it . After that unconvince I tried to use the camara and the microphone seemed to be damaged too although it was working fine last time I used it and charged me extra to fix it and was "okay" with it. Unfortunately this time they updated it or idk what they did to it but they changed the passcode and background to something it had long time ago even though I asked before leaving it if they had to delete anything on it since the main reson I was fixing it was to recover the picture and stuff I had on it . When I went to go pick it up they handed me my device dead like always and since I didnt have time to stay there and charge it,so I just paid and left and sad to say while I charged it omw back to work it told me ihad to connect to itunes . So basically wasted my money since they reset my phone and I didnt get anything of what iwanted back . If they would of gave me my phone charged I would of complained about reseting my phone and would of prefered them to give me something in exchange for my phone but didnt even get an apology so i dont recomend coming here anymore .

Guy had told me that the screen for my phone would be ready at 4 pm. Dropped off my phone at around 11am, wasted the day waiting just for the lady to tell me that they did not have the part. If they would have told me that the part was not going to arrive today I would have taken it somewhere else. I recommend this place if you don’t want your phone fixed. Gave me a smug look and told me that the part that arrived was for another phone. Will never be coming here again nor do I recommend this spot.
