The Tesla Design Center truly shows off what design geniuses can do. The Cybertruck, Roadster, Model S is evidence of that. Incredible looking cars, with incredible performance. There is nothing else like a Tesla.

I like the fact that they have a supercharger with Public Access and you can even go inside to use the restroom and see the history of Tesla automotive. This is definitely awesome having in LA.

You can visit at anytime. Open 24hrs. However it’s a supercharger lounge and you may need to be driving a Tesla to get in, if a specific tour is not scheduled in advance of your visit.
I don't think that the prototypes have been shown in full yet even in released pictures, considering we haven't had a release video, but when that does happen, tours are (I think) by invite only.
They used to have merchandise on display. But I haven't seen it lately.
The down payment is optional. It can be the down payment of your liking. Logico, if your salary is not half the price of the car and does not leave down payment. It will see chances that they will not want to sell the car.
