The staff sent an email confirming my dogs surgery and also called to confirm his upcoming surgery. At the last minute the staff called to cancel his appointment. I took the day off for my dog to be neutered. This Banfield should be retrained on how to not over book or schedule appointments.

SO they saw my dog and did an entirely wrong exam, didn’t refill/write the correct prescription, then expected me to bring the dog for another appt. Trying to start over this morning and I can’t reach them, left a voice message and an email. So far almost 3 pm and nothing.
