I have been trying to reach the seller for over a week to no avail. I bought a sandals that is so narrow for a foot with a bunion ( it is marketed as especially good for problem feet) I could not put my foot in. They suggested that I should wear to give it the chance to stretch. They are not responding to emails. They have no return address or instructions on how to return items on their website. Avoid doing business with them

There was no packing slip in my order for a return. I ordered sandals and they are cheaply made. They have little threads hanging on straps. They have pearls on straps and it looks like a child glued them on. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully they will get their act together and stop ripping people off.

If I could have given a minus star review, I would have! ordered leather blend women's boots. They are vinyl and are nothing like what was advertised! Beyond cheap!! Absolutely NO assistance from SF Express to help me with returns. I fact, I was told that I can send them back but SF wont be responsible for helping to get me any with a refund!! There was no paper work from the seller in the bag that they were shipped in. DO NOT BUY!! These poor excuse for boots will be donated. They might last maybe a month if worn everyday!! Another Chinese scam!!

I ordered a doll for my daughter as a birthday gift. You could choose the one you wanted and I chose one with long dark brown hair and blue eyes so it would look like my daughter. It arrived well after her birthday and I received a doll with shorter light blond hair and black eyes. It was also made out of plastic whereas the doll in the ads online were made of cloth. I wasted $40 on an item that was nothing like what I ordered. I would give zero stars but I was forced to leave at least one.

I received a package today that I did not order consisting of two awful prints. When I called this company (SFExpress) they had no idea where what they sent me came from. They said they get things from China and are just the shippers!

you have to reach out to the seller for an RMA. SF Express is a courier company, therefore they will ship as long as you pay. how and where it may end up is a different story.

probably call the shipper or company where you bought the product from and check their return policies and see if they can send you a return shipment label. SF express is a third party shipper, so it doesn't know what you ordered. They just are the middle party.

I finely got my order it been all most 2 months ago, it was wrong size I was very upset since I been waiting for weeks. I need large size please send me a correct size and a return slip form.

From what I've been told, SF express is a third party shipper and they don't have any access or return information from where the item you have bought it from. It's best to contact the actual service you bought it from and see if they can do you a return shipping.
