Went to 3 repair shops trying to get my wife’s boots fixed for Christmas last year. Got turned down every time saying that it wasn’t possible. Walked in and asked the same question here and got them repaired within a few days. It’s been almost a year now and the boots are in great shape. Highly recommended!

Small business at it's finest. The service and professional work speak for themselves. Forrest the owner is helpful and friendly which is a great change of pace now days. If you aren't having your footwear cared for and repaired here your not doing it right.

I brought my boots in for a “simple repair”, I was told. He had my boots for over 1 month and never touched them. When I went to pick them up since he had them so long, he said it’s a simple fix. I was so frustrated that I took the boots and left. If it was such a simple fix why wasn’t it done? Go somewhere else!
