My husband and I can't say enough good about Dan. My father is 88 and in a wheelchair, and was recently in the hospital for a couple of days. Mom decided it was time to look into a wheelchair platform lift for her garage. I called up Advanced Mobility and Dan was quick to respond. He came right out and gave us an estimate of the cost. He was very good about explaining to us what it all entailed. Dan knew we were in great need of the security of what a wheelchair lift would mean to my parents. We were so surprised when it arrived a week earlier than expected. Dan even made a special trip to pick the lift up on arrival, and installed it the very next day. Our minds are much more at ease!

We had the most wonderful experience at Advanced Mobility. Dan and Lisa are amazing. Their product knowledge and customer service are second to none. We purchased a van and wheelchair. Not only did they customize the chair to fit the van but Dan took the time to teach me how to properly use all of the van’s features. He even told me about all of the little details to make sure no big problems would come from them. Lisa went to the dmv and then hand delivered the van’s registration to me. I understand the desire to shop online so you can save a few bucks but you have no customer service and no one to turn to should any problems arise and no one to thank when things go right. When shopping for something this important, it is really nice to be able to look someone in the eye and seal the deal with a handshake. I could go on and on but you should go in and have your own wonderful experience.

We have worked in the DME field for years, serving both seniors and the disabled, and I know a corrupt company when I see one. We had a very negative encounter with Advanced Mobility a few years ago with one of their shady managers/owners in the past, but necessity drove us to try once again on a different matter with them this week. Sadly they were just as greedy and unaccommodating as before. The first time we were getting bids for a lift for our home and called them. He quoted us a price over the phone of around 10k but when he arrived, he tripled the price on us to 30k. When asked why, he said (out loud) “If I would have given you the real price, you wouldn’t have let me in the door”…I kid you not! We never mentioned to him that we were in the same business, so he was unaware that we knew the exact pricing of both msrp and dealer costs of the lift. He was completely trying to gouge us and was clearly lying to take advantage. We decided to avoid them, knowing their unethical business practices they have, on their unsuspecting customers. Fortunately we knew he was deceiving us. Besides his deceit, he had a very arrogant manner to him in general. He acting as if it was beneath him to be in our home. We were paying cash for the lift but he kept questioning us about our finances and where we worked etc..insinuating that he had to see if it was worth his time. Very demeaning and clearly a ‘salesman mentality’ The second time, I asked them if they would match another bid for a set of hand controls. Initially Lisa said they might, but when I presented the amount to them, they refused. They would only have lost around a hundred dollars on a nearly $1700 job but refused saying they couldn’t afford it. She also seemed defensive and paranoid that another DME dealer was in the area. They could of had local business, made a happy customer by accommodating us, established a new client and made a connection with someone who works directly with seniors snd the disabled. They have now blown it (twice) We will not be doing any business with them again, nor will I refer them…and I don’t care how “nice” they appear on the phone, I know who they are. I will be sure my many clients here in Central Oregon know why as well. Badly done AM!

I’m sorry we do not rent walkers or bill insurance. Try Norco Medical they can answer these questions.
Yes, we can fix brakes on walkers. We may not have parts for all models. Stop by with the walker and we can take a look.
