This is a small store with a small inventory. The greeter greeted us pleasantly, directed us to the soundbars, and said she'd send someone over. That didn't happen. At least a half dozen employees passed us without offering to help.

Retail stores prioritize in person customers who are potentially about to spend money over phone calls. I used to run a store for a different company. In person business effects the bottom line and keeps the store open. Phone answer rate could lead to potential future business but in store costumers are much more a sure thing.

Your question isn't clear to me. I'm sorry. However, I have NEVER had any problems with Best Buy ever! I norm shop @ 2 different locations. Triadelphia WV & Robinson, Pa. At both places NO complaints. Even with an older purchase w/receipt, no probs. I'm sure if u call and explain ur situation they WILL be accommodating.
