Had to buy a generator today because of a power outage, heavy ice. Guy who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions. Two of them loaded the 200# plus box in my truck. Everyone was very nice considering not many probably made it to work because of road conditions. July 12, 2022 As always, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a vast variety of products for all your home and garden needs.

Bought a $3300.00 Creations Patio Set, 4 chairs had holes not drilled to assemble, fire pit lid wasnt cut to fit flush, and the Wheeling WV Store wasnt much help in reducing price, and the return process was atrocious. So basically I wasted 8 hours trying to assemble, tap screw holes, and spent a 100 dollars in gas back and forth for the return. Will not go back to Menards again. I encourage any team member, or upper management to contact me to make this right and the review will be removed if satisfied with the end result.

Was there for the first time today. Great store. A little bit of everything and reasonable prices. We live in Washington, PA and it was easier going there than the South Hills Village area. Found what we were looking for easily and also for the projects we are planning on doing. Very clean and associates were more that helpful.

I could be mistaken, but, I thought they allow service dogs not pets.
