To be honest, don't know where to start, always had a great experience shopping there, staff is always ready, willing and able to lend a helping hand, especially the Hardware and tool section, let's not forget the night crew working hard and making sure that it's all good for the next morning.

Asked for help to get a sump pump at customer service 3x's ,asked every employee walking by (6)for help to unlock the pump and needs a ladder to get it...45 minutes later still waiting!! Guy finally shows up without the ladder so he leaves again... finally get the pump and there was only one extension in the whole store...oh and I needed 2 pumps but they were out of the bigger one I needed... So my house is flooded again with all the rain....

Usual Home Depot, asked for help and got directions politely. Some customers with and without masks. Not as clean as other stores, but acceptable. Check out takes forever. This visit very hard to find what I needed, help was of little help. But the product I needed was here, well stocked store if you look hard by yourself.
