The lady at the counter was rude and was professional.she could have said sir pls wait for your turn as I am assisting another customer rather than telling me can't you see I am helping another customer so that implies that I am blind and also was making fun of me as I am an indian with the other customer saying I dians are fool.very disappointing

I have been here just a few times I was very disappointed that a veteran walk in and asked for a military discount when the young girl there responded back to him saying. we don’t do that here! That just boil mu body. I paid for his clothes and I’m sure never coming back here! She was very rude nothing polite.

This has to be one of the worst cleaners I have used in Los Angeles. Not only was my item damage after pick up, I was not informed of the damages until I took a close look. The manager, Linda, does not seem to care that the people working her store are damaging the clothing either. Instead of offering a refund, she talked me into repairing the sweater. The item has been damaged for over a week and I still am unable to get in contact with the manager regarding my situation. Apparently the manager forgot about me never trying to contact me. While away from her store customers are NOT able to contact her regarding damages or lost. Only one lady working there seems to contact the manager.Wow. The customer service and cleaning are not worth the money or the headache if they happen to damage your stuff. I did not get take a pick of the sweater with damages. I would have posted
