Super busy Ross which I guess is a good thing. Long wait times during peak hours for cashiers so don't go expecting to be in and out.

Lady cashierwas rude till she found out my wife was manager of another store . The store security was a fat lazy guy , hands in both pockets, playing pocket pool, stunk and looked sloppy. Bad service and clothes on floor throughout store. Worst store I've seen in 3 states.

*Update- Was there shopping yesterday… this cashier is back. It was apparently her first day back. My mother advised that she had been gone for a while, so I shopped there again. Had another run in with her yesterday. She is very unpleasant, rude, and the tone with which she speaks to customers! Unbelievable! I don’t know how she’s still in customer facing retail. Done with Ross! Avoid shopping during the swing shift. There’s a cashier there that has been with the store for a while... always has her dark hair slicked back into a ponytail... any way she has so much ATTITUDE. She was the only cashier today manning the returns register today and as I was walking away, I thought I heard her talking smack. Meh, thought about going back to confront her, talking to a manager, writing corporate, Etc. She really looks like she doesn’t enjoy working there. Then I remembered “Be kind, everyone is fighting a battle not always seen”.

Found what I was looking for, got in and out fast. Three cashiers on duty and the dressing rooms are available for use. No masks required anymore, though oddly, the employees still wear them, how bizarre.
