Horrible customer service when my family went in today. The guy was speaking over my father in law and very rude. They also don’t work on bikes you have not purchased there. Go some where else for bike service and a better customer service experience.

If I lived in this area, I wouldn't consider going to any other bike shop. There is a common theme in the bike shop world where many shops aren't very welcoming to the customer. Centre City Cycles couldn't be more welcoming and is among very few shops I've been to where I was treated really great. Marc, the owner, is an outstanding guy and will go out of his way to accommodate you. He helped me out in a bind and his prices were very reasonable. I called several shops in the area that couldn't have been less professional. The other local shops were rude and their charges were outrageous. Seriously, go check them out for yourself and I'm confident you will have a great experience!
