When I first transferred here a few years ago this pharmacy ran like a machine . Now , it is a mess . Filling prescriptions that have been suspended and shipping them, holding literally for an hour combined , being hung up on. I spend more time managing my own prescriptions Thant THEY ado and it is their job . Pretty sure that this is system driven issues . CVS - you better trash this system and start over . Your days are numbered if you can’t figure it out . It is not that hard to take an order , fill , and have ready . I literally question things and they insist all is well and yet it gets screwed up .

I came here for a cane for my mother after midnight. It's open 24 hours. I found they have so many different medical supplies like canes, crutches, wheeled walker's, wheelchairs, bedside toilet seats, and more. The canes ranged from $30 to $50+. Thankfully I checked my email and had a 40% off coupon. The clerk inside was short staffed but was kind enough to assist me and a couple of fellas after me. Great customer service, I wish I had gotten her name.

No Carts? Backwards self check out machines? Things dont ring up right, and then they refuse to take returns? This place is a disaster of disorganization. Think Payless Shoes equivalent of drug stores. CVS should have a modicum of pride in their stores, but it doesn't show at this location.

This store’s pharmacy is wildly inconsistent as far as customer service goes. Even the pharmacy management is awful! Some of the employees are downright rude and unhelpful while others go above and beyond to get things taken care of (namely: Brad, who I learned is no longer there). In the last year I’ve been going here they have only managed to fill a **few** prescriptions correctly without issues. I’m here ~4x a month and I can almost always expect there to be an issue of some kind. It’s gotten to the point where I will check the CVS app (which also sucks) just to see if they’ve billed my insurance correctly before stepping foot in the store. Honestly, most times it’s not done right which means I either having to call in or stand in their (15-25 minute) line just to get things done the right way. In the last month alone I’ve had two instances where I go in and spend an hour there while they redo my prescription and it’s incredibly frustrating. Then today I had a person claiming to be the manager tell me I was “blacklisted” from going because I called him out on how rude and unhelpful he was. He claims I’m no longer allowed to get my prescriptions there and that the “district” will “know” about me. Whatever that means. I’ve complained in store to various managers and not a single change for the better has been made. The only positive thing about this store is that it’s open 24 hours a day and if you absolutely need help you might get lucky and get a good employee that day. I guess it’s best summarized by saying: take your chances if you’re the gambling type.
