Have been banking SDCCU for numerous years and it is sad to say but they have lost their customer service skills . Their overdraft fee are Outrageous 32.00 dollar and not willing to budge when it comes reversing even if it’s not your faults . In these times I feel they should be accommodating and flexible a bit more . I had a teller by the name of Diana and seemed to care what the circumstances were . There were fraudulent transactions made to my acct . Was not happy with her at all and when calling the 800 # they were able to credited it back immediately. Every circumstance is detention and they need to be more Lenient about ripping off 32 .00 to their customers.

I went to this branch yesterday afternoon to open a car loan, only to find it was very busy and short-staffed due to COVID. I was told that I would need to make an appointment and they were booked for 2-3 days. I explained my situation that I was trying to purchase a car and the dealer would not hold it for me unless I went through dealership financing, which has terrible rates. The receptionist called two other branches without success and then spoke with her manager. Within 2 minutes I was being taken care of by Erika, who couldn’t have been friendlier or easier to work with. I was out the door with my new loan in 15 minutes. Just top notch customer service. I’ve also found that it is always helpful, especially in these stressful times, for the customer to be calm, kind, and courteous. That often begets the great customer service we’re all looking for.

Briana Acosta is amazing. She was like my little guardian angel. I went into the office to get a check for a car purchase. After reviewing the documents from the dealer and discussing my options that she pointed out, I realized I had almost made a major mistake that would affect my life for the next several years. I cannot express how much I appreciate her and her helpfulness. The kindness and compassion she has seems to be a rarity these days and reminded me that there are a few people out there that actually do care about their clients. THANK YOU BRIANA!!! SDCCU she deserves all kudos you could give her!!

I went to open a New account for my Mary Kay Business yesterday and I was greeted by Michele. So warm and welcoming and very informative. Michelle quickly learned what I needed and set me up with Brenda who was just as amazing. I was a little nervous about how long it would take since I had my little 8 month old with me but I was in and out of there sooner than I thought. It was a wonderful experience overall. I was treated wonderful and not like just another account number. Thank you Ladies!

It depends when you go in the ATM it'll be available until next day but if you go inside the bank it'll be clear at the same day
Call them and ask them. The credit union rules are very easy to work with. Ive bee a member for 6 years and find them easy to deal with and communicate with?
Automatic payment is when you or someone gives the bank account number to some company and they charge each month automatically
