I used to love the service of this facility. But not today. They have this new system. When you sign in even with no one in the lobby or in the drawing station you are forced to select an appointment. Then the people that work here ignore you. The lady I was helping with the computer pressed help and was helped immediately without an appointment. I know because I was helping her. She was on and out. The have a big sign now saying walk ins are not guaranteed an appointment. There is no one here! Why am I still waiting 20 minutes so far in the lobby. All this system has done is make the folks working here have the ability to ignore you and work less. I need to find another place that will do the tests I need. This is crazy.

I was on time, preregistered and Covid compliant early this morning. Ahead of me a woman objected to having been there an hour and not being called. She never left the waiting room. The same happened to me. The board said I was next, first of those with appointments. After 45 minutes of watching newcomers go ahead of me I spoke up and left. Quest, you don't deserve my business.
