whenever my boyfriend & I stay at the Sahara Hotel, this Walgreens is very close & convenient for us to get some grab & go or cases of waters!! But recently an older Caucasian employee of this establishment was very sweet, kind & helpful to my boyfriend while we shopped there. He helped my bf friend a belt & also told us about how we can redeemed free points and rewards!!! His customer service was very generous❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just had an extremely unpleasant time at this Walgreens and it is NOT THE FIRST TIME. I've made ends meet during these difficult times by couponing every chance I get and today was no different. I went in, found the product I wanted to buy, and it happened to be on sale. I picked up the only two on the shelf and went to pay. The cashier noticed the items were on sale and that I had a coupon that would make them ALMOST FREE. She proceeded to scan the coupon and it was ACCEPTED by their system. Well that's when the cashier took it upon herself to inform the manager on duty who IMMEDIATELY said my coupon could not be accepted because it would make the products almost free. I argued that MANY MANY times I've had to accept when the system rejects my coupons because they don't meet the necessary criteria for whatever reason. This time it should be fair to say that the system accepted my coupon so I should receive the discount!! He absolutely refused and so I left without my items. This has happened to me before at this location but with a different manager on duty. I don't know what kind of management training this particular Walgreens store has but it's subpar as far as I'm concerned! I won't be returning.
