This is the he slowest Walgreens i have ever been to ! I am waiting in the drive thru for over 35 mins and they helped ONE CAR ! It's always like this !! So frustrating every time ! Even when I call I'm on hold for 45 mins. Zero care for the customers... They are incompetent and work at a snails pace ! Their GM needs to take a good hard look at the customer service of this pharmacy. Been going here for over 10 years and it's the same thing EVERY TIME.

Trash pharmacy with trash employees to say the least. These people have 0 ZERO customer service skills. Long wait at the drive thru just to be told to go behind everyone in a different line. Then a sob story about how they're understaffed because they hire people with no interest of working. Not a customer issue. Atleast offer the customer the option to run inside. If I could give zero stars I would. Female pharmacist around 6pm. Straight up disgusting. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy. High hopes that this woman gets caught off guard in their ratchet parking lot

I went in to get my vaccine card filled out keep in mind I’m already full vaccinated and have my booster from Walgreens I just needed them to put it on my card that I received the booster I had to wait in line for and hour and a half just for them to write the date and booster name they could have simply done that when I brought it up to them not make me wait for a hour and half !!!

Always ready to assist customers. When I wanted to purchase an item marked for clearance it did not ring up with clearance price. Cashier did not offer to correct it, even after I told him I matched the item with orange tag description. I've learned you have to do that at many retailers bcuz cashier doesn't know that it's on clearance, unless the store tags it specifically, which Walgreens does not do. And even at that, you'll want to see that it does ring up right, before you discover it after you've left the store. This also includes sale items, they don't always ring up right. So I told cashier I'd come back during the day when they might be more willing to handle the sale properly. Not only did he not offer to correct but there were people in line behind me & I didn't want to hold them up AND I'm handicapped, I need a cane to help me walk which I CLEARLY had with me & didn't want to have to walk back to the shelf & take a picture of price tag. My feet & legs were hurting & I needed to still walk home. I guess he didn't know how to call for assistance or he just didn't want to! Hope he gets the training needed to provide Walgreen's level of C/S that I'm used to over the many decades of patronizing them. Keep up the good work, I won't let this stop me from shopping there.
