My mom scheduled an appointment online for TD vaccine. She was booked on May 27 at 1:30pm. We arrived at exactly 1:30pm, they were closing for a break and we were told to wait for 2pm. ( why would they schedule my mom at 1:30pm, if they are closing at 1:30?) At 2pm, my mom was told , there was no TD vaccine available. That they don't carry it. But the TD vaccine was in their list of vaccines. We were told to go to other branches, but we don't even know which branches have the vaccine. Instead, we went to SNHD, which provided excellent, fast service, and in much cheaper price!

Wish I could review 0 stars. Waiting 45 mins with someone in front of me, I got here just after 8pm knowing they close at 9 and after the car in front of me pulled off quickly put the privacy barrier down saying closed. Ridiculously rude when there is people who need their medication. I'm switching my prescriptions to a different walgreens.

Im not one to write reviews but this is a must! Remember the name Sierra, she is just wonderful, the best customer service ever! I was looking for an item that was missing from the shelves, she saw me looking she offered her help and she even went to the back to look for this item for me, and she was able to find it. She just was super nice and went above and beyond to help me. She is the only reason I will give this store 5 stars
