Manager Griselda thought it was a good idea to stop midway of coming to let my daughter and I into the restroom to go back and take a phone call. We waited for several minutes. I found the manager in cosmetics on the phone telling a customer repetitively that the employee they were looking for did not work there. A very pointless conversation to make my daughter and I wait. Her excuse was “she was the only one there to open the restroom” even more of a reason why she should have helped us. It would have taken her all of 30 seconds to open the door seeing how close she was to us when the call came in. It was inconsiderate of her and as a manager you would think she would prioritize better.

I'm always greeted with a smile at this Walgreens. Everyone from the cashier's, stocking associates all the way to the Pharmacy are helpful. They have a wide range of items in the store. I don't know if they have curbside to go but I deliver for Door dash and I'm able to shop for my customers.

I went thru the pharmacy drive thru about 4 cars ahead of me it usually takes longer than it did the time I went this time the gal doing drive thru was so fast and nice also had a great experience this time ( I go here for my meds monthly) so it really depends on who's working at the time

Worst customer service ever at their pharmacy. The lady that was attending me couldn’t answer any of my questions, her answer to everything was “i dont know” how dont you know? Can you move and take a look. Honestly i was on the phone with them for 35min and they kepted putting me on hold and all i wanted was to ask a simply question, to see if they had a medication on stock. I live very far and i had to drive to their location to ask the same question i wanted answer to on the phone. And i got no answers from them. Unbelievable how their employees at the pharmacy couldn’t help me at all. First Walgreens i been to with such terrible service from the pharmacy. I don’t recommend that location at all.
