It's impossible to wait quietly outside because they have large speakers pointing down blaring music at you which I assume is to tamp down the homeless population so I'll give you kudos for figuring that out but also point out that they have made it super irritating just to stand here and wait for your Uber ride. Meanwhile the checkout experience was super annoying because some customer decided to yell at the poor lady behind the cash register. Overall I hope I never have to come back to this place again.

Pharmacy was horrible. Only had one person filling prescriptions so it took over 30 minutes to fill a prescription. Also they didn’t seem to care how long people were having to wait. This is an issue easily resolved with better management.

Do not use this pharmacy. Calling in will get you left on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on. If you try to submit for refills through the phone or website systems, you will get confirmation emails then the system "loses" the refill request. Only way to get anything done is to go in person, but that will leave you waiting in line for over an hour just to talk to someone.

TRUST THE REVIEWS! Pick another pharmacy if you have to. Went in to pick up my prescription and it took nearly two hours even with only a few people in line. Two pharm techs kept rudely insisting that one of my medications was OTC and forced me to circle the entire store twice to look for it. It took the third tech to confirm that it wasn’t (props to her). The staff as a whole is disorganized, unprofessional, and have no sense of urgency. You literally have to fight your way to get the meds you need. I will never visit this pharmacy again.
