My husband and I are new to town and had an incident where we needed to get some antibiotics. We got turned around and went to about three different Walgreens before getting to this one to get our prescription. We got here nearly at close and the lady at the drive threw was so sweet and helped us out so quickly with a smile on her face. Only giving a 4 starts bc we were turned down at the door when they still had 4 minutes of being open.

This Walgreens pharmacy will outright lie to you’re face about when and, what time you’re prescription is or, will be ready. There is no good customer service at this pharmacy if you’re looking to get your medication on time forget about it. I was called and, received notification both from the app, email text notification that my insulin was ready for pickup Drive down there to be told they we’re out of stock, mind you my doctor sent over the prescription five days ago so it’s been five days now. I’m told once I get there will have it ready in fithteen minutes ok I go wait in my car then come back in the pharmacist walks over and, says sorry we’re out of stock it’s a Sunday ok well you had my prescription five days you told me to come down you alerted me it’s ready what’s the issue. No response whatsoever rude condescending attitude! Dogs get treated better then this. Once I get my prescription I’m done with this Walgreens.
