Really bad service!!!that day I curbside pick up..they say one item sold out..and I found it in the store..I don’t want all of order..they say cancel but still charge me!!what the hell…I hate it !

Since it was walking distance from the Tang Tang Tang Korean restaurant, I had to pick up a few items. Never experienced any problems in this location and the guest services is good. Also close to Ramen Tatsu as well. I usually do go to this particular Walgreens location because of the close proximity to my favorite restaurants. I'll be back again.

We had a bad experience with the cashier who checked us out. Her attitude was horrible. Then I called to complain and it took awhile to get a manager on the phone. When I told the manager our experience she apologized and said she would talk to the cashier. The manager was very polite but the experience was so rude I’ll never go back to this Walgreens. Without customers that rude cashier wouldn’t have a job. Oh btw her name was Krystal!

This Elaine Santiago the pharmacist needs to be a Therapist I was picking up medicine for my mom like a always do and I verified the information that you need to pick it up even told the lady that she doesn't have a co payment that she needs to run her Medicare because she has three types of insurance. Do you know she came to the window ask me to verified her address and phone number. 🤷‍♀️Like why? Then when I said why she told me its to early for all this anger 😒 I hope you have a better day. If you just be quit and give me my moms medicine and say have a good day oh but no she said its again too early for all this anger I hope you have a better day.
