Just take your shipment needs to another retailer, I was told by the 1-800 number to go ship a package at the store and they were completely lost and unwilling to help me. After I clearly explained my shipping needs they treated me disrespectfully with attitude and lost my business. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE 💯

We needed a very large banner printed overnight. Their machine was malfunctioning. They took on the challenge and found a way to get it printed elsewhere and overnighted! Kudos to whoever does the hiring and training at the Modesto location!

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I would give 0 Stars if I could. I arrived there at 420. There was 1 person at the counter and I was next in line. Express mail is supposed to go out before 425. I had an overnight envelope to send. The guy who picks up the express mail was nice and asked me if I wanted him to take the envelope. I said it is urgent mail and is supposed to be overnighted. He took the envelope and wanted to scan it in as it wasn't scanned yet. The woman at the counter told him not to worry about it and that she's got it and that it will get overnighted. So the pick up guy left. 2 minutes later another female walks up and scans my envelope telling me it is not going out until 430 the next day. Excuse me??? The next day. She said he already left to go to the airport. I said he was just here a second ago and he wanted to take it, but she said (pointing at the other lady) it will go today. She replied that it wont go today, because the later pick ups don't go to Texas. It was supposed to be there the next day, not two days later. The title company paid for overnight. All in all the two woman working that day were rude and incompetent. It would have taken less than 10 seconds to scan that envelope and let the pick up guy take it. I will avoid FedEx as this is not the first bad experience I had with them.

They carry a pretty good assortment of paper and im pretty sure they are able to help you with that. I would save myself the trip and call first to be 💯% sure.
