I would not even give them a star one but had to so that i could leave a review. If i was you i would never do business with them! They take money out of your account before the due date. Like 2 weeks before. They had taken money out of my youngest son's account saying i had Authorized it which was a lie! In the first place i am not on my son's account nor would i even try and do something like that with out him knowing. That would be totally against the law. Not just that me & my oldest son got the stuff out before the due date cuz my youngest son is in the hospital and we are not allowed to see him. He asked me to get the money back today cuz he lives with my oldest daughter & son in-law & my 8yr granddaughter. They have to pay their rent today so he needs his half of the rent or they all are going to be kicked out today. There was another time which were they had given me his money back cuz he seriously needed it but worked the hrs that they Pelandale storage was open and by the time he got off they were closed cuz he also had to commute. This time they refused to refund my son's money which he needed desperately! Right now my Arrogant daughter & son in-law have to put their belongings in different people's houses cuz they have no choice but to live in their car with my 8yr granddaughter cuz they have no were else to go. It breaks my heart cuz i can't even let them live with me cuz our landlord will not allow it even when i begged him! Just like i begged the guy that was working the day i tried to get my son's money back

I just want to apologize to Jenise & to the Palmdale Self Storage company. I left a terrible review that was totally unfair and regret leaving it. What i did was wrong! I was taking my frustrate out o Jenise & the Pelandale Self Storage Company a said nothing about the storage unit that my son had rented for my youngest daughter & me. I am deeply sorry! I'm bipolar & i lash out at the slightest things that i am unable not to control. So to Jenise & the company "I'm deeply sorry for leaving such a horrible review"! The people at Pelandale Self Storage was always good to my son & me. I want to make things right! The unit was always very clean & when my oldest son & me took out all of our belongings there was not any mice leaving in any of the boxs like there was from another storage place that i had rented a few yrs back! My & me was very surprised of this cuz we did expect there would be! But there was absolutely none! So i want to thank them for taking such great care of our until & for being always polite to My youngest son & me! I hope that all of you will have a wonderful Thanksgiving & a Blessed Christmas!

I've been renting for almost a year. Very clean and no bugs (thank goodness I hate bugs lol) staff is friendly and helpful when I asked for copies of all the paperwork. Only frustrating thing is that my storage rent keeps increasing. It's gone up twice in the last 4 months. I understand that they have to make money as well but if it keeps increasing I might not be able to afford it anymore. ☹️
