I rent a unit from this place for many years now and never had an issue until now. Recently my daughter and I rented a Uhaul van thru them and the older gentleman that helped us went over the contract with us and said it needed to be due back there next day before 6pm or we will be charged. Well Uhaul contacted us stating it's suppose to be due at 3:30 and where's the vehicle at and why haven't we returned it. So I contacted this place here and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me to read the contract, well first off, he didn't give me a copy nor did he email me one. Second he went over this soo call contract verbally, and said it needed to be back before 6pm filled with the same amount of gas in it when it was given to us. Lastly I am being charged for his false communication. Being a customer for so long and the gentleman there pretty much scammed us. The lady literally did not want to hear any of what I had to say and said call Uhaul if you have an issue. I understandu it's not an actual Uhaul company but to misinform a contract is very unprofessional. Way to go on customer service!!

We’ve only been a couple of times to the storage business and they have been above and beyond helpful friendly I would definitely recommend this business! Hey maybe this will earn me a discount lol Well I guess it wouldn’t hurt to ask!
