The guys are very slow both inside the office and warehouse, they don’t respect their jobs causing sluggish operation. Inside the warehouse you will see unorganized cargo, forklift drivers waste much time locating cargos ~ what a mess

SYLVIA GOOD AFTERNOON, PATA CAN GIVE YOU PRDCIO OCCUPY THE DIMENSIONS = HIGH X WIDTH X LENGTH, AND THE WEIGHT. WHERE DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE TV? BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE THAT FIRST REQUESTED BY THE PERSON WHO WILL RECEIVE IT TO GO TO THE CUSTOMS OFFICE AT THE AIRPORT AND ASK THEM THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO PICK UP THE TV. IF YOU ARE SAYED THAT YOU WILL HAVE THE SERVICES OF A CUSTOMS AGENT (BROKER), THAT YOU INVESTIGATE FIRST WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
Also AGI has service contract with warehouse ,ground handling, forklift, aircraft loading and passenger service
