The owner is a wonderful woman and her place is always sanitized and clean. She really cares about her customers. My daughter loved her and we saw her 2x a week for over a year. We moved 2 weeks ago and its worth the 3 bus rides plus 3 block walk just to do my laundry there again, any time.

I used drop off service and they burned my clothes. Some items were severely shrunken, and even my underwear lost all elasticity and had to be thrown away. The machines are good if you are doing your own laundry, but they use a card system instead of quarters and it costs $5 for a card.Hello, Teresa, thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, our location SuperPlan on Saint Nicholas, does not use a card system nor do we charge a $5 fee for it, as we use quarters for all our machines. Been doing laundry here for over a year, nice place and location, very respectful and staff very kind. Face covering required neat and organized, has sitting area while you wait and plenty of folding tables .
