Dropped off my laundry 36 hrs ago and it is still not done. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. These people are lazy! Their employees seem to sit around all day and do nothing. Do not trust these fake reviews.Arnaldo, I am sorry that you expected your drop off to be ready sooner. On weekends when we process many many drop offs we cannot return your order with 36 hours. We are far too busy a business for that. We never promise a pick up date. We have signs posted saying this. If we over promise, customers get upset. On a Tuesday you have a much better chance of a quick turn around. You may also pay for express service to get your order back quicker. I am sorry that you feel that our workers are lazy and that you feel the need to insult hard working woman. On the weekend we have three attendants per shift doing drop offs. The attendants are amazing and do thousands of pounds per week. They are far from lazy. The attendants do not "sit around all day and do nothing". They work very hard for our customers. As a matter of fact we are in the process of hiring more help. A laundromat that can return your drop off quickly is not a busy store. If the laundry is not busy there is a reason for this. I would not want to eat in a restaurant that has no customers. I would assume that the food is not good. A laundry that does not have thousands of pounds of drop offs to do, I would also assume is not very good. Arnaldo, please come see me and for your next order we will upgrade you to express.

Rude attendant, was deny bathroom use while washing clothes and drying clothes. Petty and bad attitude, at the end she shows where bathroom key was when all could have be prevented, should pay attention whos washing clothes if thats the …Javier, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with us today. I am glad that you in the end used the bathroom. We have a store policy of only allowing customers to use the bathroom. That policy is for your protection. I am right at this moment on the phone with the attendant , dealing with this.

LOVE this laundry mat!!! Always machines available and staff is very nice and helpful. Hot Hot water and Hot Hot dryers!
