The owner/manager is an EXTREMELY rude man. They offer delivery service and get upset when you ask for delivery… a service in which they offer! Clothes go missing, or there’s never ever a delivery man in which they’ll just keep ur clothes until you figure it out. They messed up 6 times in a row! HOW? Smh save yourself the back and fourth, the condescending text & calls from management! It’s laundry not rocket science
