I was a loyal customer and loved the old owners but they recently got a new owner and I had a hard time picking up my laundry because they wrote down my boyfriend’s first name and I gave them his last name and then the owner didn’t believe it was me and they didn’t write the phone number so I couldn’t even give him that. Despite that, my laundry was still DAMP and wrinkly. I paid $50 to get damp laundry. Not to mention, they lost the padding from my favorite bra. If you have to wear a bra, you KNOW how hard it is to find a good one. Not coming back again.

Sunday, 6/20: I went to do laundry around 4:30pm. The …Hi Larissa, Sorry about this. It’s very common for people to only wash their clothes which takes 30 minutes and then bring them home and hang dry them. So the worker really wouldn’t mention that we close at 6 if you enter at 430. Also 90 minutes is enough to wash and dry regardless. The hours are posted on the front door and I am sure it was not intentional that she left while your stuff was still drying, she would not do that. Sorry again but I am positive it was an oversight, she offer is there 30 minutes after closing to accommodate customers..
