Haven’t had any work done yet but thoroughly checked everywhere for a sewer leak we have (we’re under warranty for our contractor to do what was suggested). Also gave me a quote for copper repipe for rest of house and install of gas water heater. Overall, really impressed with time and patience Mike took in diagnosing the problem. He even took away sewer plumbing my contractor left under the house.
