This business stole my money! I paid for a back replacement for an iPhone 12 thinking I could save some money on Apple's service. They said they would order the parts and call me when they received them for me to bring the phone in for repairs. Instead, I had to constantly check with them and after over 4 months of using a broken phone, I took it to the Apple store. I never received a refund despite asking via email multiple times and going into the store once to request it.

The place had an extremely strong odor of marijuana when I walked in on Wednesday October 13, 2021. A pleasant chubby little Caucasian man emerged eventually after I arrived in the tiny store front yelling over the wall facade that he would be right there. I was satisfied with an offer of fixing my iPhone screen in an hour for $100 if I paid with cash, so I left my precious phone and PASSCODE with the chubby gentleman for an hour or so as I meandered down 25th ave for coffee and a trip to the ATM. I paid the cash as the technician happily assured me that there was a 1YEAR WARRANT with the repair. Soon after I left, I noticed my phone was not working properly- like the worst smartphone experience of the DECADE. It was inconvenient but I returned the next day to explain the situation expecting that the same chubby little man would fix whatever wrong he did to my iPhone, but sadly instead I got the run around. At this point I’m extremely weary of bringing my phone back, so I may just go to the place down the street. What a waste of a 100 bucks arghhhh!!!

These guys are awesome and customer friendly! I'm a first time customer. I couldn't charge my phone because some debris got stuck in the USB port. The person spent about 10 minutes removing the debris and thoroughly cleaning the port. After that, the port worked perfectly again. Best of all, he said, "No Charge!". I can't believe in this day and age there are still merchants who will do something for free especially for a first time customer. I was very grateful so I still left a tip :-)

DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND NO DATA RECOVERED. We dropped off and paid in advance for an external hard drive data recovery. They said it would be 4 to 5 and they would contact us. A week went by, and we heard nothing. After ten days, we had to call them to get an update. We learned that they couldn't do anything to help us recover our data and said they would get back to us by the end of the day for a quote and details on where to send it next. They never called back. So, the next business day we called back. And we're informed we could not pick-up our drive because the shop was closed and that there was no way to know when the shop would re-open, but that they would call us. They also passive-aggressively mentioned that we should NOT call back multiple times to check-in, and they would call us. A full week went by, and they never called. So, once again, we called. And surprise, the shop was open. They confirmed we could come to get the hard drive and the report they ran. When I showed up they handed me the cracked open external hard drive, no report, and no cord and not even a thank for your business. I had to request the cord, and I still don't have the report that they said they would email us. So I doubt they did anything but cracked open my hard drive and made it even worse off than it was to start. If you really want to know how they feel about their customers. Read the signs in their shop. It really sums it up. They think we're all just idiots walking this earth that will pay them to do nothing and accept terrible customer service and bad manners.

So my phone is in 2 pieces, the back and the front, and I need to know if it is fixable. The phone itself still works and the inside of it is not damaged.

Hello Romeo, There are so many phones released there is no average price. Plus parts going up and down there would be no way we could answer this. We do however give free estimates and you can call us any day of the week with your made and model.
